Educational qualification

Must have : Graduate (Must have good written & verbal English & Kannada communication skills).

Additional : Computer Literate (MS-Office) with good typing skill.

Experience : 2+ years.

Skills / Experience areas

Grammar, written communication, computer typing speed, knowledge of Kannada. Good communication skills, Soft skills, Managed client escalations in previous work, Should be having convincing skills (as need to handle senior level clients). Team management (of 2+ people).

Work Description / Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Value Added Service Enquiry handling and Order handling.
  • Assist customers towards placing orders and updates of orders as per SLA.
  • Coordinating with Field Team on closing orders on shortest TAT.
  • Ensuring Customer satisfaction.
  • Managing multiple reports & MIS generation
  • Coordinating with Accounts & other stakeholders towards order booking, expense tracking and refund booking.
  • Resolution of Customer complaints
  • Working hours (5 days working with rotational offs, Work timings : 9 AM to 7 PM)
